Timothy Lake

Great weekend of camping at Timothy Lake near Mt. Hood. This is a photo from this year's trip.

And this is a photo from our first visit to Timothy Lake in 2008, when we were driving back to Portland from our sailing trip.

Ziplining in Canada

We got to go zip-lining while on vacation in Peachland, BC. The lines were 300+ feet over a canyon! It was really fun!

Cloud Cap Games... a great game store in Sellwood - lots of games available to try-out.
Sock Dreams... this place has tons of really cool socks and it's in Sellwood, too.
Scrap... great for crafting and lots of interesting cool things to reuse, repurpose, and make your own!
Lush... Handmade soaps and lotions with every smell and color!
Plato's Closet... stylish, new-to-you clothes for less. A great way to make your style on top!
H&M... A stylish mix with Forever21/Old Navy and a little bit of your our style will make H&M a must!

Good Games!

Some of my and my family's favorite games are:
Mermaid Beach.... by Gamewright (invented by me!)
GUBS...by Gamewright. This is a really fun game. It's part cooperative and part competitive with funny characters like "Gub Scout".
City Square Off... by Gamewright. A really fun, two-person game where you try to fit different shapes into a grid.
Bullseye...my mom and I got to meet the inventors of this game at a game signing recently. They are a family from Portland, and they self-published this fun word game. Their website is http://www.dnafamilygames.com/.
Wizards... card game where have to bet in advance how many hands you will win by having the highest card or trump.
